Legal Requirements (AKA The Important Stuff):
Restrictions apply. This offer is for one roundtrip economy flight from New York City to San Jose, Costa Rica. No first-class upgrades—economy only. The total value of the flight will not exceed $600. Any costs beyond this amount are the responsibility of the participant. Stem4Heroes selects the flights, and there may be blackout dates—meaning certain peak travel times (holidays, etc.) may not be available. Once the flight is booked, changes, cancellations, or fees are your responsibility.
Participants must meet the eligibility criteria as outlined and provide their own transportation to the New York airport chosen by Stem4Heroes. No discrimination—we don’t care where you’re from or what you look like, as long as you qualify as a Police Officer, Firefighter, First Responder, Medical Personnel, or Military Veteran.
By entering this promotion, you agree to release Stem4Heroes from any liability related to travel, delays, cancellations, or treatment. You are also responsible for ensuring you meet all travel requirements (passport, visa, etc.) and that you’re fit for air travel and medical treatment.
